Good is always awesome in this place, clean and enjoyable shisha too. Service need a bit of focus and to be quicker .. Good tv size and music .. overall is good.

Such a beautiful decorated restaurant ... full of Arabic decor..you will feel like you step into another country .. the food is too good it's proper Arabic food bursting with awesome flavours. They also do a big selection of amazing shisha...?

My kids love to go because of good environment food is also tasty,

It was ok, food was nice but the service was poor and I was charged twice for service charge but had to keep calling the waiters over. I was also didn't get the right change and I told the guy and he challenged me and got very aggravated really quickly and I was not happy as we know the customer is always right. If you decide to go you must be very patient.

Food ok, service Not OK. Missed items on order but then put blame back on us saying first you said yes then No ... there are more better places around .. so our experiment for new place failed ...

i really liked the food and the shisha but the service is awful. really really bad. we wanted to ask about the shisha and what are the different types and the guys outside were really really rude. Also cause we had been told we couldn't eat outside, once we were done with shisha we got up to get in and they called on to us pointing and thinking we were not going to pay the bill- such a horrible moment. won't go there again as the service is awful.

Very average Lebanese food, with below average ingredients most of which were not fresh. Majority of the dishes were either laced with salt or there was no salt at all like for example the fattoush salad. Food is 2/10 less the starters which were ok. The exquisite decor and sheesha are the only two attraction at this place. It has pathetic run down rest rooms.

Poor service been going there for good 10 years but food is on point that why keep going there again and again apart off service its good spot

Not all that to be fair that goes for the service and the quality if food. Appearances are deceptive!

Food was good... but need to improve the skills of front of house staff. First they were not understanding english properly need to repeat again n again. And secondly the toilets are a real mess which really turned me down won't b coming back for sure the area was not hygenic at all. I have never seen a disgusting toilet before that...people all over there were slipping as the floor was all wet due to sone leakage but no one bothered.

Workers were rude we asked for tap water and they then bring us bottled water and said we have to pay for the water!

Speaking Arabic did not understand what they was talking about and made us feel uncomfortable!

Food was overpriced as well.

Won't go again first and last please go to al dar much better service and polite attitude towards customers.

Toilets full of shit no water to wash hands after using the toilet .you can imagine people who work there they don't wash hand when they shit it's better eating pig shit instead of going to this place at least you know what you are eating

The food is amazing... But sorry to say staff need to learn some manners specially while welcoming. Talking in Arabic and making others uncomfortable.... We were standing outside restaurant and there manager came and asked to move from there!!! WTH u just had food standing on walk way and they asked us to move from there ?

It was terrible service. They suppose to give me back £11 they give me £10. I would give the tips myself rather than taking xtra money from me. When i told one of the staff he went and bring me changes about £0.90

That was very bad. Won't go there again and won't recommend anyone.

Extremely poor service. Very loud, noisy resturant especially when soccer on with big TVs. Will not recommend family's with small kids.

Bring your own drink as we were waiting for atleast more than 30 minutes prior to drinks arriving
