PLEASE DO NOT GO HERE. THEY WILL RUIN YOUR EYEBROWS! I came in for a threading. I clearly stated that I only wanted to get the stray hairs removed and not to touch anything else. She then proceeded to thin out my eyebrows even after I told her not to. It used to be so thick and beautiful, now it just looks like a horrible line.
Customer service was terrible. The lady who did my eyebrows was talking to another lady behind her and kept looking back WHILST threading my brows. She was clearly not concentrating.
My worst experience at a salon, and trust me, I've had my fair share.

Love coming here to get my eyebrows threaded.

Awful experience I literally just walked out. When I walked in I wasn't even acknowledged I had to go to someone and ask for my eyebrows to be done then told take a seat. Was waiting for 5-7 minutes with no one telling me what is going on for someone to come to me. When someone did come they was just going to start doing my eyebrows and another colleague told them to do someone else's and they left me again. Then the rude person who didn't acknowledge me when I walked in started begin to do my eyebrows and the phone starts ringing she literaly just left me with no explanation or apology. I just got up and walked out. Awful customer service and rude seems like they rush everything they do. Ended up in beauty at anjus on Woodford avenue where they are always welcoming and spend time and effort on you .. Wouldn't even rate shobnas 1 star but I had no choice

I've been a regular customer here for the last two years and have never been able to fault the service. Shobha's is my go-to salon for all treatments, from regular facials to nails and threading. The staff are friendly and always make an effort to remember your specific needs and preferences. I have always been impressed by the products used, as well as the expertise that staff members frequently share. It is also lovely to be able to have a chat with everyone there - you're immediately at ease and know you're in good hands. Last but not least, the prices are unrivalled - I always feel like I should be paying far more for what I receive!

I've used this salon for years, all the women in my family too. The service is brilliant, the treatments are the best I've found. Really friendly staff, and ridiculously good value prices. I had the staff do my wedding make up too, and they were perfect, as well as doing the mehndi for my mehndi night - me and all my girls were so chuffed! Top recommendation
