We booked two £15 packages to watch the FA Cup Final on Saturday.

We had a big comfy settee and table reserved for us right in front of the big screen. We had waitress service and food and drink all included in the package. There was even a 'Vegan Hot Dog' 🌭 for my husband!

Good value for money 💰 😊

Full of belter Lemo slags, too many Irish mings tho in footy tops and kappa trabs, also witnessed the manager hanging out of some 15 year olds tuna box in the bogs while Victor Anichebe was giving out the deodorant for a quid

As an Everton supporter, it was a dread trip to travel to Liverpool with Everton USA last spring. Having a beer with fellow Toffees from Liverpool, Ireland and Norway at Shooters was one of the highlights!

Always a great night for wrestlemania..great atmosphere and everything to boot

Could do with playing the sound during the match given it's a sports bar lol the music was off putting while watching �

We booked a table for 16 of us for the superbowl last weekend. We were well looked after by the bar waitress who was looking after our table. However at the moment the game finished we were being demanded by bouncers to pay up and get out. A lot of people that were there, were not aware that they wouldn't be allowed to see the trophy lifting, which to some people there was a big thing. We've spent a lot of money in there the last couple years and was a shame to be treated so poorly (by mainly the bouncers I must say). Won't be going back again for this event unfortunately.

I booked a table for 4 to watch the lions match yesterday. We turned up at 8am after an hours journey to a dark room and 2 members of staff sitting drinking coffee. We were told they were closed until the manager, who was already an hour late, showed up. I explained that we had booked a table so they allowed us to sit there and wait. They turned the big screen on but there was no sound until 5 minutes into the game which meant we missed the build up. To be fair to the the staff who were left to deal with the situation we were offered a free hot drink while we waited. Eventually we were able to enjoy the match but the atmosphere was severely lacking and we feel this was due to everyone being annoyed to begin with. Poor management and poor dealing with the situation has meant that we will be watching matches elsewhere in the future. Very disappointing

I specifically booked a sofa as we had a pregnant lady with us. On arrival they told us we were on stools. I could not have expected a pregnant lady to sit on stills from 9pm to 5am. They then told me the people on the sofas had paid more. This was not true as I asked them and they had paid the same as us. We then asked to sit in bucket seats at the front which we were allowed to do however we then had to tell our pregnant friend and her husband not to bother coming as there was only four seats. The poor staff knew it was the booking companies fault and tried to accommodate us but there wasn't much they could do. The food was lovely but we were told we could order food, then told we couldn't and then they handed menus to every other table but ours. The bouncers seemed to think it was OK to let there friends take one of our seats and so forward roles I'm front of our table. There was also people who didn't pay that were sat in front of us on chairs they pulled up and the pool table. The wrestling was brilliant and the atmosphere great but the booking and organisation was lacking. Next year I'll go camp and furnace :)

Been going for years Superbowl night. Tv's being turned off seconds after final touchdown. Waitress had 5 minutes earlier handing us 2 more buckets of Coors.

Oh and the power nazi's, sorry bullies, sorry bouncers shouting and pushing everyone out. Happy enough taking money.

Ps the rest of your staff are great. You're bouncers are a joke.
