Hi All, Thanks for all your comments and messages - it really means a lot. We aren’t going to set up a donation page or anything like that we are going to rely on our visitors to keep coming and accept the admittance donations , we have had materials donated to fix things up and we really hope to see everyone soon - open tomorrow as normal ... Thanks x

*******Closed today due to break in *******
Unfortunately last night, our farm has been burgled. The police are attending today to obtain finger prints etc. No harm to any animals but damage to our cabin, till with money in has been taken as well as things being turned upside down 😔
... It’s a massive set back for us as you can imagine. Funds are put straight back into the farm for the upkeep of our animals. We are open as normal Tomorrow and hope we can rely on your continued support by visiting our community farm xxxxx

What a little beauty of a place hid away girls loved it ��

Well my granddaughter loves it, I have had her for four days over a few weeks and I ask her where she would like to go. Each time she says the farm and she just loves Colin and Kevin ( the goats) to bits. 3 hours of bliss, feeding the animals which are very tame and gentle and playing in the play area. It is a very safe and clean area as well. The animals are well cared for. Hidden gem, thank you.

Visited on 25th June after reading a review from Manchester news. Certainly didn't disappoint. My daughter loved it and had so much fun feeding all the animals. Good selection of animals and cheap for animal food.



Entry was only £2 for an adult which is excellent compared to others.



Brilliant day out

Took my daughter and two friends this morning. Once the girls had got used to it and settled in they enjoyed it. Lady who ran the group was lovely with all the kids, taught them a lot about how to care for a pony etc. Then at the end they enjoyed a ride on a pony which they all loved! Nice farm too with several other animals to see and a play area. We will be returning x

Spent the morning with the kids there today and they loved it.. even got to feed John the lamb so cute =)

Me and my younger sister attended the Pony Club on Friday (7-7-17) and both loved it. We played games, learnt how to groom the horses, muck out the stables and how to clean their bridle, saddle and buckets. It was really good to learn how to look after them. Afterwards we had the chance to ride on a pony, this was so much fun. We can't wait to go back, I would definitely recommend this for anybody and there was children as young as 3yrs old there who seemed to enjoy too. It was nice to get a certificate at the end :-) Sorayah - 11 yes old x

I visited for the first time yesterday and the highlight of the quick look round was definitely meeting the goats. Collin, Kevin and the Pygmy goat girls are absolute characters.

Had a fantastic time today. The kids loved feeding the animals and playing on the park. Even had a go at feeding the little lamb. Will definitely be returning �

Another lovely visit today with the children. Animals are beautiful, they fed a lamb a bottle of milk and got to see a chick that hatched today! Owners are lovely down to earth people and it’s a gorgeous little safe place for the kids to play, learn and have fun!

Absolutely wonderful place! My daughter has been to the summer club and had the best time ever! She can't stop talking about it! Such a lovely farm and the staff are really lovely too! She will definitely be continuing to go. She loves it!

A truly wonderful place. Definitely go and visit! It's a great community run project run by lovely volunteers. I really got a lot out of visiting xx
