9th of October is the start of Navratri! As before, this year we are also collecting donations during the Navratri celebrations for the homeless in conjunction with Navratri Food Bank Collection #NFBC. Please donate non-perishable foods such as powdered/long life carton milk, sugar, Carton Fruit Juice, Soup, Pasta Sauces, Any Tinned Goods, Cereals, Tea/Coffee, Rice, Pasta, Lentils, Biscuits and Baby Formula. We will be collecting from now up until the end of Navr...atri.
Navratri runs from 9th October to 18th October and Raas Garba starts at 7:30pm each evening.
Additional Dates to Remember: 19th October - Vijay Dashmi (Dashera) 24th October - Sharad Purnima (Raas) 27th October - Karwa Chauth

Amazing Janmashtami bharatnatayam performance by SGB youth yesterday! Well done to you all!!!

On behalf of everyone at Shree Geeta Bhawan, we thank all the performers, volunteers, organisers, teachers, and everyone else who helped with Janmashtami! We know your time is precious and we really appreciate the efforts you put to your mandir.

Will always remember my mother's love and devotion for Shree Geeta Bhawan Mandir

Very nicely maintained and uplift of service room and parking seems very good for the visitors to the temple specially for disabled and old people. The management team looks very focused and hard working on the whole institution and trust me they will be paid back by blessings from almighty.

Shri Krishna Janamashtmi was celebrated beautifully yet again! Atmosphere was amazing for devotional time once again!!

Peaceful environment.

Oldest Hindu temple in Birmingham with all the real spiritual experience... Great

Just nice. No words can describe . You can be find peace and tranquility and happiness.

Absolutely brilliant, amazing atmosphere, beautifully decorated, felt blessed xx
