Run by a midwife with lots of experience, HypnoBirthing is an antenatal course to help you have an easier birth. Ideal for anyone having a baby. You will be shown breathing and relaxation techniques - these can be used in all aspects of life - not just for labour.

Each course has 5 sessions. . . . each session lasts 2. 5 hours.

Venue - home from home, just outside Shrewsbury. Plenty of parking.
