Thought we should all know that there is a lot of household plastics that can be easily recycled at any carrier bag recycling collection points. Just remove sticky labels where possible.

We were served by Tammy this morning and she was outstanding. She listened to the concerns I had and sympathised, measured my 2 year old's feet professionally, continuously reassuring her, and brought out a selection of styles for us to try on. My daughter thoroughly enjoyed the experience - a complete contrast from previous shoe shopping expeditions elsewhere - and couldn't stop smiling. And we have two pairs of new shoes that I am confident fit her well. Thank you so much. I wont be shopping anywhere else in future :)

Visited today for my daughters first pair of measured shoes. Felt so at ease from the moment we walked in the shop!!! The service by the staff was fantastic and they really took their time with Lily and made it a special occassion for both of us!! Shall definately be visiting again!!!

Visited the north camp store earlier in the week for the first time for my 15month old sons first walking shoes.. staff were all lovely & the lady fitting my son was professional and showed us a wide range of shoes & trainers. Extremely pleased and have recommended to my friends & family.

Visited the Farnbourgh shop last week to buy my daughters first school shoes and some trainers. The staff are so friendly and very helpful and took the time to measure my daughters feet properly - the lady that was helping us knew what kind of shoe would fit my daughters feet perfectly, and took the time to make sure they fitted correctly and were comfortable. My daughter loves her shoes so much there is lots to choose - that she took them to bed with her that night. Thanks will recommend highly and visit again for our next pair when they are needed. Thanks for a pleasant experience.

Thanks so much for wonderful service received on Saturday when i popped in to discuss a fault with my sons shoes (manufacturers issue). No quibbles, measured and checked my sons feet and the fit thoroughly and resolved the issue quickly. Will 100% be back and will recommend

School shoes for both my girls today without having to trudge around 10+ shops to try and find shoes for 'awkward' feet. Had to queue, but customers were served efficiently and we didn't have to wait long. Helpful, friendly, knowledgeable staff...I know where I'm going for school shoes from now on. Worth every penny to have two happy girls. Thx.

My 2 year old daughter and I visited the store today in North Camp. I have been finding it difficult to find her shoes that fit well. The lady in the shop was very friendly and helpful, there were plenty of styles to choose from. I will definitely come back again! Thank you :)

Apparently the day after Bank Holiday is the busiest, so this is the day I chose, having had all summer to buy shoes �. My heart sank when I saw the queue out of the door but I had no choice but to hang on and just grit my teeth. To my delight, the queue was moving quickly & efficiently. We were seen by Bev who was lovely and so patient with my daughters weirdly sized feet. We went through 12 pairs of shoes before finally getting a pair that both of us liked. I cannot fault the amazing shoe fitting service they provide here. They are so attentive to what is just right for your child's feet, something I remember from when I was little and haven't really seen since.

First visit to shuzu today after getting inconsistent measurements from a well known shoe chain. Despite being very busy the staff were incredibly patient and helpful and great with my 2 year old son! He loved his new trainers so much he left the shop wearing them and refused to take them off and change into his pjs until he showed them to his daddy! Most definitely will be coming back!
