Practising wooden dummy techniques in the forest.
The highest aspect of the art, the Muk Yan Chong
key aspect 3 things at once - very rare in martial arts - most normally to once. obviously not very easy to do - hence being the last part of the art. the systematic nature to Wing Tsun means that the 3 forms before support and develop the skills progressively so tat you can do this

Kung Fu Coffee anyone?
At Leon our innovative Kung Fu Barista programme has caused quite a stir... Featured in The Times, Telegraph, Evening Standard, Sun and more, we uniquely utilised Wing Tsun principles to help our Baristas become more zen, yet faster.
Anyone who has worked in the industry will know how intense and stressful the morning coffee rush can be. This photo shows a trained nurse taking the heart rate on the Leon coffee test before and after the Kung Fu Barista ...training.
The results - pretty incredible..! Heart rates fell by an average of 19 beats per minute (with the highest falling by 43). The speed of coffee serving was increased by an average of 30 seconds (and up to 89 seconds) and stress was decreased by an average of 54%. Despite the significant speed increase quality, also improved by an average of 8.7%.

A view of our space just off Oxford Street, London.
We are very privileged to have such an amazing venue in a central location, specially designed for Wing Tsun.
With beautiful natural light running through the room, the Kwoon (meaning 'Training Hall' in Chinese) was created from the best designs from our previous halls. We wanted to create a clear, clean Zen space so that you experience calm, freedom and your own personal haven. This feeling is so refreshing that I guarante...e from the moment you enter, you won't want to leave!
And for those of you interested in the culture behind the art, we have historical paintings by our talented teacher Kit @kungfulawyer
We love visitors! Dm me or send us a message on our website to see it when you are nearby

Relaxing on the Great Wall of China after our performance. Having climbed up high, I find there is always something so special about elevation...
Each mountain has its own unique flavour, if you just sit there silently and listen to it... Away from the crowds, the peace and serenity was so strong here that you could almost touch it

Focusing the Chi in Wing Tsun...
A key component of the art is the health aspect - in particular through the practise of Chi Gung. This increases your oxygen intake, calms the mind, relieves stress and generally grounds you.

Wing Tsun - the 'sizeless' martial art. One of the greatest aspects of Wing Tsun is it was created as an equaliser. It teaches how to win regardless of the height, weight, power, size and reach of your opponent.

User

Divided but not separate... In Wing Tsun our aim is to create unity - of our motions, of our power, of our consciousness...

User

'Ghost' motions in Wing Tsun. The defensive concept in Wing Tsun is to be like a ghost. In typical Zen style, you practise practical nothingness...
Whenever a person wants to hit you, you are no longer there. After all, it doesn't matter how hard or fast an opponent can strike, if you are not where they are targeting....

Our World Record in 2012 in Kwoon. We trained for 36 hours and 13 minutes non-stop. An interesting experience...
Members from a Special Forces Unit came to join us in support, leaving their battle camp to train for 13 hours with us before returning back to their shell scrapes!
Thanks to sterling effort of teachers, students and the public we managed to raise an astonishing £30,0000 for Help for Heroes. Still so proud of what what everyone achieved together

One of the greatest honours in my career to date was performing Wing Tsun in China. It was lovely to see that the support for this ancient art is still strong.
The turbulent history in 20th Century China was not kind to martial arts. First the Boxer Rebellion (1899-1901) and then the Cultural Revolution (1966-76) forced many of the martial arts methods to be stopped (and sadly many great arts and teachers were lost).

Well, I left London about 2 years ago and I had the opportunity to train with Sifu and his instructors. When I decided to leave London it was difficult for many reasons but leaving this school was the hardest...Sifu´s approach to WT has, in my opinion, it all: structure, targets and goals, passion and strong ethical principles. You can start and get fit and improve your confidence and all these great achievements but you will also get the ideas and concepts of what a martial art really is, and how this concepts may help you become a better human being. I am talking from my own experience after having practice several martial arts. Moreover, few months ago I did a Tai Chi training course with martial arts applications. Despite the fact that I left SIfu´s schools 2 years ago, I was able to achieve a great level in this course due to the in depth training I had with Sifu and his instructors. I even went to push the applications and most people in the course I did could not catch up...

I will try my best to keep training with Sifu and would, with total confidence, advise anyone who really wants to improve fitness and confidence to give a try to this school.

The authentic Wing Tsun taught in this school is a very rare find indeed. After studying wing tsun under many lineages I have to admit Sifu Julian Hitch MASE has delivered 110%. Making new and now close friends and being challenged both physically and mentally, the training is both awesomely fun and inspiring! 2nd to none.

I've been looking to take up a martial art for quite some time, and came across this school.

Over the past year I have come to enjoy everything I've been taught and shown, and couldn't have asked for better teachers. There is do much knowledge that had been passed on, both about the Wing Tsun as well as the history.

I have enjoyed my journey so far and look forward to what lies ahead.

Enjoyable, practical and a great work out.

Congratulations on the feature programme tonight, looking forward to it!

Awesome training in a friendly atmosphere! It is really fun and I am pleased with my progress.

User

A truly intelligent form of self improvement art. Highly recommend to those who would like to find motivation for exercise, become more focused in their daily lives, meet like-minded people and learn new ways to achieving their goals.

This is a joke an absolute rip off

Mr Hitch has never trained in Hong Kong and has just had one or two seminars in Hungary. I am English and have been training in HK for many years. His technique is shoddy and looks like a beginner. But as they say in the kingdom of the blind the one eyed man is king.
