My experience with Siam Betta Fish UK.

Contact was great from the beginning and throughout over Facebook message.

Payment was easy enough and made clear to myself.

Postage was quick and I was given a code to track my fish.

Fish arrived in small packaging and small bag, not something I agree with but I understand that's standard for Betta fish and may be reasoned towards restriction of movement within the bag and box.

Fish arrived in good health and matches photos.

Overall a good experience, I've ended up with a beautiful healthy fighter, hasn't cost too much and would purchase from them again for definite.

My beautiful boy arrived today and I'm over the moon, despite the travel he looks in very good health and coloured back up very quickly! Will definatly recommend and be buying again!

Found Siam betta fish U.K. on eBay after browsing online after my local stores had no betta fish for me. Great communication and I was so pleased to have my fish sent to me almost immediately. He arrived in perfect health and has been doing great. He’s also gorgeous!

Clear communication from the start, they answered any and all questions I had about delivery etc. Very quick to respond, although English is not their first language it was pretty easy to understand if not a little broken.

I ran into a problem however, they were quick to resolve, the Betta I originally chose was not in a sellable condition and therefore was not sold to me. I am glad that they did not send it as I would've been very disappointed if it had arrived and was not as I imagined.

Instead I bought the other Koi half-moon betta that I had my eye on and oh boy is it beautiful!

Let's talk about packaging for a minute:

The Betta came in an excellent little box which came with a brief paragraph of how to acclimate the Betta which helped a ton.

It was sealed away in a polystyrene box in order to be well insulated from the elements however, the heat pack was cold upon arrival but I put that down to the awful weather we've had over the past few days.

The betta was sealed in two small bags within the insulation box, it can be quite stressful for the Betta to be in such a confined place however, I realise and respect why they do it.

Overall, my experience with Siam Betta Fish UK has been great and I recommend that if you are thinking of purchasing a Betta get it from these guys as their bettas are top quality and the communication is excellent!

My Betta was in transit for almost 48 hours due to Royal Mail "Special" delivery problems, however this was not Siam Bettas Fault. I must commend them on the EXCELLENT packaging, and little heat pad or my little guy would not have survived. Thankyou so much! x
