Thought I’d share, as this is something I’m getting a lot at the moment as we head into winter. ❄️☃️ Clients are often embarrassed and apologetic as they are naturally wearing their winter coats (!) and not shaving as much. 😊 Please don’t be embarrassed, as I always emphasise my treatment room is a totally safe haven without any judgement whatsoever .... plus I’m too busy concentrating on sorting out what’s going on underneath to notice!! 😳 So relax and come as you are, which is naturally amazing x

Sarah is truly amazing. She is the first massage therapist that my mum has ever visited. Her beautiful and relaxing treatment room is very welcoming and in a great central Tilehurst location. Not only has Sarah dramatically reduced my mums arthritic pain, her mobility is also benefiting greatly. My mum really looks forward to her monthly appointment and feels great afterwards. Sarah also explains and demonstrates exercises that can be done at home to improve her condition. She is always able to fit us in for an appointment at little or no notice. I cannot thank you enough for the incredible service you provide.

I first met her when she was living in Antigua, I used to suffer and still do at times white sever back problems, but always Sarah would restore my mobility, with her healing hands.

I was so lucky just recently as I had a severe bit of sciatica.....and lucky for me Sarah and children were on vacation in Antigua......well I have never suffered so much pain in my life, and apart from that could barely walk, but Sarah said she would see me, I had two sessions with her before she was leaving back for the UK, and (we speak as we find ) wow....today I am mobile....do not hesitate to visit this lady .....she really is truly amazing...and she knows her stuff......just wish you were here in Antigua. Sarah has been helping me with sciatica caused by over exercising after I'd seen various other therapists with no real improvement. One session and there was a huge improvement and the difference was amazing . Two sessions later and the pain has reduced dramatically... sarah makes me feel really comfortable and relaxed during the whole treatment ... I won't go anywhere else now ⭐️

Sarah has been a life saver, not only sorting out my painful shoulder but also advising on exercises to help. Thoroughly recommend her.

My neck and shoulders felt like I had a coat hanger in them, but after Sarah's amazing massage they're on the mend. She gave me some ideas for exercises that will help too. Really professional and a lovely manner, I felt very relaxed.

I was having problems with my neck and shoulder, after one session with Sarah the difference was amazing and continues to improve with each treatment. Sarah puts you at ease and the treatment room is very relaxing. I would definitely recommend.
