We are a Family owned and operated business, we are the only manufacturers of custom, residential spec built twin unit chalets on the south coast of England, our team have years of professional experience offering high quality homes at affordable prices.

Our twin unit homes start from as little as £1, 000 a foot! with a 5, 000 square foot factory located just outside of Chichester, West Sussex we have the facilities to build up to the maximum legal size of 65x24 feet for mobile homes! We also manufacture single unit chalets please enquire on the quotes page above. Every home we produce is built to BS3632.

CUSTOM HOMES

The legal size limit for a mobile home is 60x20 feet, any larger than this and you will require special planning, we have the ability to build up to 65x24ft if planning is granted. We offer the ability to create a completely custom home to suit your every preference, from en-suites, dormers, large bay windows, velux's, utility rooms, studys, full built in wardrobes, eco options etc. this is but a small list of things that can be added to your chalet, for further information please feel free to contact our team to discuss further. Every detail of your new home can be designed down to the door stops, our standard homes come beautifully finished and adequate to live in. Any additional extras like the list above will be calculated and added to the final build price.
