The dedication and enthusiasm of the Signals team make them wonderful purveyors of the hi-fi they deliver.

Signals is all that a good audio dealer should be. Honest, reliable, principled, consistent and friendly. You can always trust them to go the extra kilometre to get things right for you. Even if you don’t always agree with their choice of product you have to respect their reasoning for supporting it. Just great to have a real live dealer around.......an endangered species. Support them!

Signals are one of the best kept secrets in the HiFi retail industry, all ways ready to help, first class advice (no audiophile rubbish) always ready give their time. I recently changed my floor standers and listened to over ten sets of speakers, very understanding!

If you want to buy HiFi this is the place to go, not just for the ultra-expensive, but great normal price quality kit (for people like me!).

I’ve been dealing with Signals for 10 years now and as other reviewers say they are helpful and knowledgeable and generally all-round nice blokes. They know that their aim is a satisfied customer and they make sure you are one.

Yesterday Andy spent over 12 hours in my house setting up my Naim system after a house renovation. Two sets of fraim and Naim SL2 speakers. To see the care taken with the torquing of the bolts the levelling of speakers and supports, down to finding the correct orientation of the glass in the fraim set up. Soldering terminals on NACA5 speaker cable and inter grating them with a sub. Extraordinary cable dressing, with many a positional tweak until all burndies were hanging freely. To top it all we had some excellent chats about hi-fi and music, where the industry is going, favourite pieces of kit and the enthusiasm for music and excellent music reproduction is contagious.

Now to a lot of you this maybe just what is expected of an excellent hi-fi dealer, but when you realise I live in Dublin, which is a fair drive from Ipswich and involves a ferry crossing , Well you get some idea of the links these two gents go to ensure you are that satisfied customer.

If you wish to listen to your music in quality, high fidelity then you will have to travel very far to find a better place to receive honest, knowledge and friendly people to advise you.

Even though I now live over 5000 miles from Signals, as a former regular customer I have been so pleased to see the business continue to grow from success to success in recent years. That said, I'm not at all surprised, as the energy, skill and enthusiasm that Alastair puts into his business, so ably supported by Andy, is second to none. What's even better is that it has all been achieved with a wonderful sense of humour and a permanent smile whenever one visits or has any interaction with the Signals team. This is hifi retailing in the fast disappearing grand old style, but with a very personal touch and always with a firm foot in the future, as Alastair tirelessly seeks to present the best of modern kit to his clients. If you are new to the hobby, you can have no better guides than Alastair and Andy. If you're a dyed in the wool enthusiast, you've just found a couple of guys precisely tuned to your wavelength.

Couldn't ask for better service. Extremely friendly and accommodating. It's like a home from home whenever you step through the door. Lovely!
