Great place to wind down and get some drinks and good food. Staff are friendly and professional and help to compliment a great atmosphere.

Excellent service and amazing place to visit. Highly recommend to any couple looking to get a romantic night away from it all. Our room is a bit unclean but not too bad.

Great location... rooms are lovely but could do with a freshen up now as they are starting to show wear and tear. Staff are helpful, especially eric the concierge. Breakfasts are amazing°

Had a lovely stay here for my sons fiances hen do. The room was lovely and evening meal and breakfast was included. The only thing I'd say against it was there was no kettle and tea and coffee in the rooms.

The staff were really friendly and the room had two double beds, 2 showers and a jacuzzi bath (good for £59). Also 20% off their sister restaurant was a nice surprise. However the corridors and lift were very dark and dingy and we were disappointed that the bathroom was not stocked with any toiletries. This seemed unusual for a 4 star hotel.

Wonderful for our needs (hen do). Felt a bit warm in the rooms at times and would have preferred a real oven and bigger fridge, but otherwise really good value for money.

What an amazing experience in the heart of Liverpool. From booking to checkin it went all smooth and beat our expectations. Location is great, Parking available at Shankley hotel ( 5 minute walk). The rooms are all good quality and clean. The venue has a bar and dance floor which was great. Will be definitely booking again.

Absolutely amazing weekend. The rooms were elegant and classy. Everything you need for hen party. Staff were very accommodating. Went out of their way to help in every matter, even the drunken friend that needed putting to bed on 3 occasions . Highly recommended. Would return tomorrow if I didn't have work.
