The first Full Size Prototype of the Cover arrived this morning. 3D printed from LSR Simulant it does not have exactly the same material properties as injection moulded LSR, as you can see from the surface imperfections and deformation, when unsupported, of the bottom aperture. It is, however, perfect for on-site testing and proof of concept.
