Initially very good but I ended up being very disappointed with the service. Many of their claims stated on their website in my experience were not justified. All in all customer service and aftercare of my bike has been below standards that I would expect.

Quality service, quality FACTUAL and helpful information.As a cyclist of over 70 years began to find hilly terrain was spoiling enjoyment of ride.After sound advice from Ian purchased Kalkhoff Tasman. Have just completed tour of Orkney Isles with my son ,covering over 400 miles in 10 days with several climbs of over 1000 feet. The bike build was quality ,the ride superb each outing was a joy even in wind and one day of heavy rain. My enjoyment and enthusiasm for cycling has returned I have better fitness and flexibility ,and are now able to plan journeys of over 60 miles. Simply thank you, Keith M.
