We bought our house 6 years ago and it was a complete wreck, over this time we have been gradually updating it and in the main, we completed this work ourselves (well, my Dad really!) However, when it came to restoring the parquet floors we were only ever going to engage the services of a professional – and I’m SO pleased that we chose Johnny and his team. To say that I am delighted with the work completed would be an understatement. There has been a complete transformation of our floor – it was sun damaged, water damaged, scratched, there were missing tiles and holes where we had removed radiators. Now we have a perfectly smooth, beautiful parquet floor throughout our home The entire team are exceptionally knowledgeable, always on time, uniformed and polite. They were only interested in doing the best job possible and started early and finished late so they achieved just that. I wholeheartedly recommend Silver Lining Floor Care, the experience from start to finish was excellent and the value that I received was outstanding.

Jonny replied promptly to my enquiry. On his visit it was clear that he had a depth of knowledge about carpet cleaning and the treatment of stains. The operatives arrived on time with their specialist equipment. Every item of furniture was moved. A thorough job was completed by David and Sebastian. I would highly recommend this company.

Johnny did a fantastic job removing stains from my brand new carpet that I never thought would come out, but somehow Johnny removed them completely. I was delighted with the outcome of the work.



Johnny also provided a wealth of advice and guidance about caring for the carpet and how to deal with any stains and spillages in the future. Cannot rate highly enough.

Johnny and the boys arrived on site promptly and pulled a hardworking 13hr day in order to get my carpets cleaned and stain-protected, my tiles cleaned and polished and my wood floor cleaned and oiled. I am very particular about quality and finish (and have no problems in complaining!) but the work was carried out to a high standard and I will certainly be using them again.
