Do you know this thief?
He had been in to our Liverpool City Centre shop on Friday (last pic) looking at some Cartier sunglasses.
He then came back Sunday afternoon (3 pics) and stole two pairs of Cartier sunglasses off one of our sales assistants, sprinting out of the door and up the street.
... If you know him or his name ourselves and the police would like to speak to him.

What fabulous service from this opticians second to none they looked after my daughter impeccable who wasn’t very well and had to go right to A+ E where they found stuff she was born with that no other opticians in the past had not found the aftercare from Tom taking the time to ring to see how my daughter was doing and his patience and Natelie for her expertise and no pressure in sales not like some well advertised options would recommend anyone to use there services young and old massive thank to all your staff xx

Incredible customer experience. I visited the store today for the 1st time based on a recommendation from a friend. The staff were really friendly and professional. I was looked after by a guy called Tom who was brill he was really knowledgable and we talked about styles and brands I liked etc. Tom briefed me on all the new styles, brands and so on and set my expectations perfectly. After the sight test a selection of frames was waiting for me, all in line with what I'd said I liked and some others that Tom thought I may like. Needless to say the choice was difficult, so many nice frames!! I finally picked my frames and then Tom told me he would have them ready in half an hour!!! I've never experienced this before usually it's a good 7 days wait and the best thing is this service doesn't cost me extra. So I was back at work within the hour and nipped back from the office 1 hour later to collect the frames! I was delighted!! I honestly can not recommend the service, staff, quality of frames highly enough!!! Needless to say I'll never need to go to another opticians again as this experience was second to none!!!

I have the potential for some problems with the back of my eyes. Silverberg look after me very well and always offer a thorough, caring and professional service. I recently had an eye test and chose a new pair of reading glasses that I am delighted with. Great service as always.

Have been trying to find a pair of reading glasses for ages and none of the other opticians I have visited, have given me any advice on what shape would suit me. Popped in here as I was passing and the lovely lady that I saw went straight to a pair (which I wouldn't have chosen myself) but they were absolutely lovely. I can't wait to go back with my prescription!
