after many years of yoyo dieting I finally found something that really worked for me .The staff were very helpful and encouraging, nothing was a problem and there was always someone available to answer any questions and offer support. The best thing is how much energy I now have and how much happier I am, oh and no flabby skin. I wish I had taken the plunge earlier.
