Recently ordered my very first photobook, the 12x12 inch classic album for my clients. I wasn't sure how it was going to look but have checked it out and its absolutely incredible. Really, really, impressed with the service I have recieved this week. After speaking to an adviser on the phone yesterday morning I ordered a series of Fine-Art PF Lustre prints. I was fully expecting to recieve them next week (as per Sim-Lab's timescale); to my surprise, my package arrived this afernoon.



The quality of the printing is superb and I couldn't be happier with the results.

Ordered a sample wedding album so I can show potential clients options when they book me for their wedding. The design process was easy and interactive with great layouts and designs.



When the album arrived I was stunned! It looks fantastic- very high quality and beautifully presented. It's fabulous! The photos look wonderful, and it has a high quality feel and look.

Moving from ProAm to SimLab I didn't really like having to upload via the website rather than just being able to send a zip file, but pleased to say the turnaround was excellent and the prints are absolutely brilliant - crisp, clear and bright. The packaging was such that I think even the Royal Mail would have to be really determined to damage them. Will definately be using them in the future. :-)

Love the products I have from SimImaging and SimExpress. The customer service has always been amazing whenever I've needed help understanding how to upload my design etc. Always quick to answer the phone and to get back to you, recently there was an error occurring on the website, I rang them and a team member emailed me straight the way and the problem was sorted. I have been using Sim for a number of years now - they are definitely my Album company of choice. Have been with ProAm for longer than I care to remember but unfortunately all good things come to an end.



i haven't even placed an order yet but basing my experience thus far on a phone call to customer service where they seemed particularly uninterested and a shocking upload system that adds a whole bunch of time to work flow I doubt if I will even bother with them. It may be unfair to judge without seeing a print but unfortunately first impressions do count I wonder how many ProAm customers they will lose

While your products are ok your packaging is bl**dy awful! PLEASE reduce your packaging! It is totally over the top. If there can be plastic-free aisles in the supermarkets, surely you guys can make an effort too.
