* Personal post * :-) What an amazing and moving morning at the Macmillan Coffee Morning at Saughall Primary School.
It's our little boys first year of school and as such my first time as a Dad going to one of these events. Couple that with having lost Mum to cancer not even two years back... there never any chance of me getting through without tissues. So it would have been sensible to take some eh. ;-)
... A massive round of applause is needed for all these children. They've been in school for just 3 weeks and they pull these fab performances out of the bag. It really was a great morning. Thank you.
Kids - All of you should be so proud of yourselves! A huge thank you to you all and to all the teachers :-)

Have you considered South Africa...? If not, Why Not! What a country!
Some of the images in this post are photo's I took on game drives at Addo Elephant National Park and staying at the rather luxurious Gorah Elephant Camp. It is as far from 'camping' as you could possibly get ;-). The scenery and the remoteness of the Addo National Park, the quietness, the wildlife, and the views of the stars at night are memories that I can't put into words effectively. It was a truly magic...al experience.
Contrast this with the buzz of life in Cape Town, the spectacular views from Table Mountain and from The Cape Of Good Hope the grand and sometimes angry meeting place of the Indian and Atlantic Oceans. Add boat trips around Seal Island, wine tasing in Stellenbosh, whale watching and diving with Great White Sharks at Hermanus, stunning white sand beaches at Mosell Bay and the myriad of activities and sites to be had as you continue up the Garden Route to Knysna, Plettenburg Bay and Port Elizabeth. As you can tell, South Africa has so much to offer. I absolutely love the place.

A claim form will be made available by the CAA Monday 30th September.
