#WORDDay2020
It's #WORDDay2020! While attention is rightly on the COVID-19 pandemic, the fact remains that there are children and young people out there, right now, living with rheumatic and musculoskeletal diseases - which don't suddenly disappear when situations like what the world is facing right now, happen. It is so important that we place the spotlight on these young people, and their families, who are naturally at a greater risk of complications from the virus, while trying to control their existing diseases. So today, please stop, think of these young people, and do your bit to raise awareness! World Young Rheumatic Diseases Day - WORD Day
Good to see our #rheumatology community coming together once again to launch a secure, de-identified, international case reporting registry of people with COVID-19 who also have rheumatic and musculoskeletal diseases. Find out more: https://rheum-covid.org #evidence #covid19
16 weeks... 113 days... 2712 hours... 162,720 minutes. Time continues to pass by at the speed of light, yet sometimes it feels as though the clock remains stuck on 11. http://simonstones.com/2020/03/09/113-day s/
