Collies. Hard workers by nature, these naturally herding dogs have high energy levels and can easily get bored. This often means they crave more rigorous activity. We went to Simons Field for the first time today and was able to let our 10month old JRT pup off the lead for the first time and our older PRT off to play ball. It was just wonderful to see them run around and playing burning off all that energy.. We also could start to practice recall with her which we haven’t been able to do properly as there has been no other safe environments to do so. Highly recommend!

We visited today. Horrible weather but our lurcher loved it. An hour of chasing a ball. This field has a little shed with poo bags and. In, access to water, tennis balls, a racquet and a flinger. What more could you ask for. Fencing is very sturdy. Would recommend.

We visited this lovely big enclosed field for the first time today and we will definitely be returning soon! Our rescue dog Fergus needs a lot of exercise but also isn’t yet ready to be off lead so this place meets all of our needs and more. Jo was extremely lovely and welcoming and showed us the ropes. The field is extremely secure and you can drive right in and then close the gate behind you. They even provide fresh drinking water, poo bags, toys, tennis ball launchers and dog biscuits. They’ve really thought of everything. We will definitely be returning soon! Thank you for providing such an important facility for dogs who can’t be off of the lead.

Used the Meadow for the first time today and it was fab. Only took us 10 minutes to get there and you can drive the car inside the gate which is great. Our Japanese Akita loved it, she had plenty of room to really run. Huge thumbs up. 🖒�

Took my GSD this morning to get him tired, so I can watch the Royal wedding � �����. Simmons fields just rocked and my pooch was knackered after a good run in early morning dew.

P.S. Jo, I hope someone made you chicken soup and you are feeling better and can have a glass of bubbly for duke and duchess of Sussex ��

Took my 4 today and they had a brilliant time ,so much so that one of them didn't want to leave!!! He stood there with his ears down and wouldn't move. We had to carry him into the car. So lovely to have somewhere that I don't have to worry about them running off. Thankyou.

This was our first visit to get our and our friends Labrador puppy’s off the lead for there first time. It’s a great and safe place for them to run about. We had a small picnic and had a great time. Would recommend to anyone and Jo is so friendly and welcoming. Looking forward to going again. Happy owners and tired puppy’s. �

This is an amazing field with water supplied and lots of room for my dog to run around not on a lead!!.... can not recommend it enough!!

So many plus points! Good sized field that really allowed for fantastic lurcher zoomies. Nice rough areas for interesting smells. Logs to climb on (good for a photo moment �), fresh water, dog biscuits, supply of tennis balls, thrower & racquet, poo bags and other toys.

I loved that I could drive right in and shut the gate after my car. This meant the dogs could get out the car and just zoom! Wonderful.

I'll definitely be back!

Me and my partner took our two huskies here on the weekend and they thoroughly enjoyed themselves. We do however owe you a tennis ball as it rolled down a rabbit hole of all places! Will replace on our next visit :)

Just back from our first visit to Simon's Field & the dogs are now cream crackered & snoring under the table!! Brilliant location & great size, my 2 crazy spaniels loved the paddling pool too! Will definitely be back for more fun & some training knowing that they're safe and happy :D

It was great to see my dog tearing around and enjoying himself off lead, without having to worry about other dogs suddenly appearing. Very relaxing for me as well as him. The field is lovely and clean with lots of toys and a water bowl. He especially enjoyed jumping over the logs! We will definitely be coming back. Thank you.

I used Simon’s Field for the first time today. Mabel, my dog loved it, despite the fact that the weather was awful! She did lots of zoomies! The field is very secure. There is access to fresh water which is important after lots of running. It took me an hour to drive to and from. But worth it to see my dog happy.

I dont really want to post anything....i want to keep this little bit of heaven, just for us but that would be too cruel. .

Brilliant, brilliant, brilliant......everything we could possibly need or want for a safe, calm and relaxed time for our dogs. Plenty of room for games, or mooching, or both, or all, or nothing ... just being.......dogs.

Jo was so welcoming, thank you for sharing your peice of paradise, believe me, we will be back, if you'll have us. ......

Just one thing....Please dont fill in all the puddles, Uncle Simon, we loved them.

Had an amazing time in your field today. Our very old dog Basil had a great trot and sniff around whilst young but timid Obi was able to race around building his confidence and have a bit recall training. Even fresh water, poo bags and biscuits available. Lots of super places for the dogs to sniff and explore. Thankyou.... We will be back!

Fabulous field we used the first time this evening - dogs loved it and we'll be back on a regular basis. ☺😍

Came here to walk my mums dogs Oscar and Jussi. Jussi is reactive to other dogs so sometimes finding good places to exercise him can be difficult, but this field was great. I could let them both off the lead worry free, there’s loads of room to exercise, a paddle pool for them to splash around in and a shed with tennis balls, treats as poo bags so you don’t need to worry if you forget anything. Jo was lovely and really accommodating to our needs. Would highly recommend this location to anyone with a reactive dog or anyone that just wants a safe (but large) secure enclosed space to take their dog.
