Ali was born and raised in Guernsey and started baking from a young age with her Dad and Nan. She has always loved baking and continued to do so even while working as a physiotherapist.

Now living in London, Ali has turned her passion into a business.

Simply Brownies are handmade using Guernsey butter (the BEST butter), organic chocolate and quality ingredients, to ensure that you get the most delicious brownies. Once you've tried one, no other brownie will do!
