Simply Colette'S

As we had the pleasure of Mitsy's company today, it was only right that she had the chance to introduce Harry (and Peanut of course) to the cuddle bench!!💙💕💙

Initiation into group walks has begun!! 5 months old, real world ready, cute, confident, strong and polite (most of the time 😂😂)Let's do this Harry!!💙

This made me smile last night so I thought I'd share...after their last wee wee, I asked them to go to their respective beds...look at the choice they made!😊 #puppylove #peanutsholiday #sharingiscaring

So, last night Peanut chose the comfort of the big beanbag and thick blanket and Harry...well he chose Peanuts bed!!😂😂

A massive welcome to this tiny but mighty munchkin! I can feel alot of Peanut love coming on for the next two weeks...Harry's ability to share will be tested to the limit!😂

Anyone else remember the story of the enormous turnip?!😂 Do children even still read that book these days?🤔

This is something I often do with the puppies on a walk to regain their attention and to re-focus on me rather than the environment...they know it as 'find it' Today it paid dividends!! When we turned the corner and saw the bird struggling, my 1st thought was...well I'm sure you can guess!!!🙈 However, after a moment of puppy curiosity, I asked them to play 'find it' while I launched a load of kibble into the long grass away from the bird. To my absolute surprise, they all did it! Giving me an opportunity to place the bird in a safe space. Testament to games based training!! #gamechanger #prodogtrainer #puppylove

A snapshot of our trip to Emily at 'All four paws', for Harry's first puppy groom...He made me very proud!
This can be quite a stressful experience for any dog but with a previous introduction to Emily, her room, the bath, the table and the noises of the equipment, Harry was ready! It's well worth the effort of making that extra visit...it helps your dog and it also helps the groomer when the dog is more relaxed. A Big thank you to Emily, she's a star!

Every situation is an opportunity to train...here, Harry and I are working on developing calmness in a stimulating environment! How? Visible boundaries, Long lasting chews and rewarding any calmness when distractions appear...he's doing an awesome job...and I get to enjoy a picnic!

When you ask for a distant multi dog recall and your life flashes before you!!!🙈😂

The past couple of weeks, with the high temperatures, have been quite challenging for us dog walkers...I feel hugely responsible for all the doggies in my care, so never take risks and am always prepared...early starts, cool mats, wet towels, shade seeking and plenty of water in and out of the van! I don't want to wish the summer away but....!!😂

What can I say… Our little girl simply loves every visit to Colette’s, whether it be for day care or boarding. We can’t recommend Colette enough. She clearly loves looking after her fury friends, gives really helpful advice and even goes further with her training tips, all part of the service.

Thoroughly recommend Colette Conefrey-Jones! She is absolutely fab with all animals and I would fully trust her with my very much loved dog!!

So please we chose Colette! Had been searching for the right person to look after our 6 month old pup, now we have found our lady. Marley was so calm with her which shows she is brilliant at what she does as his a typical pup! Would highly recommend and shall be using Colette again in the future. Xx

Oreo our ten month old cocker spaniel was so loved by Collette when we left him for the first time. She is professional, kind, flexible with dog needs and most of all provides her boarders with the perfect home from home. We (and Oreo) are so lucky to have found her.

Mitsy loves going on walks with Collette. When she is dropped back she is nicely dried off and is exhausted from all the playing. Collette is also very flexible to the shifts we work which is invaluable.

I would thoroughly recommend Colette to care for your much loved dogs / pets. If I had a dog I would not hesitate to use her. Animals just love her

Colette was amazing with my babies. I've never wanted to leave them with anyone before as they're both such strong characters and together can be quite a handful! Lexie has anxiety separation from myself normally and can get a bit destructive. Tigger likes to pretend that he's not trained and has selective hearing Colette put us totally at ease and kept a us updated all weekend with lots of photos etc - but more importantly the doggies had a blast and didn't seem to even notice we were gone. Thank you so much for your patience and kindness Colette

Colette is fantastic. Knowledgeable, kind, and with a great mentoring spirit she makes you feel entirely at ease when learning the Concept training method. Our puppy adores her and will do absolutely anything for her and even sometimes for us :D

She goes far beyond a simple training session - dropping in on her way home to offer reassurance, and communicating often to see how we're getting on. An absolute joy and I cannot recommend Colette highly enough.

Colette is amazing with my boy (Taz) , Taz is the champion of hyperness. he could not calm himself for a moment when meeting people. But now after one session ive managed to get him to lay down and be fussed while meeting his walkers, still a way to go yet but have every faith in Colette and my Taz.

Can't recommend Colette enough, so chuffed to have found a reliable, confident and loving person to care for my dog when I can't be home...whether it's a walk or day care, Murphy is in capable hands and I can relax knowing he's being looked after, socialised and stimulated. Coming home to a tired dog is priceless!
