WOW!! Haven’t we been busy this two weeks.. a large wedding, a funeral, retirement party, house buffets, business lunch buffets, and breakfast for 500 this morning, but I hardly got a picture , but we had some very happy customers! And a very happy mandy after too #simplydelicious. Keep sharing the love 💜

Another busy week last week and this with four buffets, meals on wheels then this weekend it’s Bentham CARnival We will be serving a ‘Simply Mexican’ menu Fajitas and chilli nachos plus we will be serving ENGLISH LAKES ICE CREAM which will be raising money for Children in Need and our Becky Birkbeck fundraising trek up Kilimanjaro. All profits from ice cream sales will go to the charity. So why not come and support

Sorry I’ve been so quiet it’s been a very busy few weeks covering the chefs holidays at the Golf club. But I’m back!! I still have some availability throughout the year so just ask for your parties big or small, catering or outside bar. It’s been another busy week three Angus bookings, meals on wheels, a curry night and a cycling event for 230 people.. thanks to all that have helped this week x

Last week saw us catering at large church event in Clapham, a smaller mixed buffet for 150 people plus wine. Everyone was very happy

I will be catering for the cyclists again this year.. helping raise money for cave rescue again.. registration is still open people

So I am seriously looking into healthy lunch food prep for weekdays. Would people be interested?? At first it would be on a 3 days a week basis all three days worth to be collected from myself, there may be an option of delivery locally . These meals will be suitable to eat hot or cold all and have a shelf life of 3 days. I am just testing the water to see if there is suitable interest. Pricing is still in the process.

The catering for my parents' Diamond Wedding celebrations was absolutely superb. The afternoon tea consisted of an extensive variety of homemade cakes, cream scones, miniature desserts, sandwiches and other savoury items. It was served on beautiful china and there was plenty for everyone- and more besides! The venue and tables were also delightfully decorated with floral bunting, flower posies and embroidered tablecloths. There was considerable positive feedback from my parents and their guests and we would definitely recommend Simply Delicious.

Thankyou sooooo much to Mandy for making out lives so much easier today , fabulous food to die for and loads left for tea � amazing service , now I need to have a party so I can hire you again !!! How you fixed for Christmas Day ??? �

Thankyou Mandy for the brilliant catering on September 8th. The food was wonderful and we have had so many compliments from the guests about the meal that there is no room for all of them here. Also the service was excellent and the whole occasion was expertly and efficiently organised. Fantastic. Well done.

So this Xmas we decided to let poor Mandy do the hard work .... we ordered Xmas lunch and 2 buffets for Boxing Day . One for us and one for my Mum and all 3 were " Simply Delicious "!!! The flavours of Xmas Lunch were mouth watering and although I don't like Xmas pudding my brother- in- law said he had never tasted anything like it!!! So thank you Mand and we will def be doing it again!

So far Mandy has catered for three family events - a wedding, mums 90th birthday and then this Sunday for my Granddaughters Christening. Yet again the food was amazing everyone was commenting how good everything was and how well Mandy had catered for our diverse range of dietary requirements. Thanks you so very very much Mandy xxx

Mandy made us a fantastic buffet and cake for my husbands birthday party. The food was all amazing. Service was superb, and Mandy was happy to provide everything we needed, right down to napkins and cutlery. Highly recommended for any occasion.

Mandy catered for my Wedding and it was absolutely AMAZING! There was such a great choice and everybody raved about it for ages afterwards! My husband is dairy and gluten free and she provided such a great range of foods for him!

The bar (and barman!!!) was also great!

We couldn't have wished for anything better! X

Mandy catered for my 8 year old’s Birthday party. The food selection was perfectly chosen, served in children sized portions and delicious. For the first time I got to enjoy the party too because Mandy did everything, the setting out, clearing away and washing up! I will definitely book again probably for a grown up party next time! Just had the most delicious 3 course meal delivered hot to my door, me and 5 lucky guests X absolutely delicious thank you Mandy, totally stuffed X it was all lovely but as I love creme brûlée this was one of the best I've tasted xx

I can highly recommend Simply Delicious Caterers. Our son's wedding reception was wonderfully catered for at Slaidburn Village Hall by Mandy and her team. The service, presentation and food were all perfect. We had well over 80 guests and every single person was full of praise for the food they had eaten.

Fantastic! We had a 'Simply Delicious' buffet for my little girls 1st birthday. Food for adults and children which went down a treat! Mandy even took the washing up back with her!! AMAZING! The food, presentation and communication was excellent and all my guest were very complimentary! We will most definitely be using Mandy again for any future catering events. Thanks again xx
