A pleasure to cater for Caroline and Toms wedding earlier this summer - what a wedding it was! Sharing the blog by the incredible Tom and Lizzie Redman Photography.
We were briefed to cater for this lovely couple with gorgeous canapes, locally smoked salmon with vinaigrette, wasabi dill cream cheese, baby capers and shallots, bavette of beef with herb butters and chimichurri sauce with our signature sweet potato gratin and refreshing salad.
Dessert was a delight of homemad...e desserts and we stayed on to the evening to keep the guests well fed too!.

We were both over the moon with the food over the weekend – it must have been such hard work to turn out such great quality food in a tent on a hot day like the Saturday! We had so many compliments from our guests which is exactly what we wanted. The BBQ on the Sunday was also perfect, just what we were looking for – great quality food but relaxed and informal. Again we had so many compliments, particularly about the fish skewers and Nadia, your desserts went down a storm!



As you know, the food was a huge part of our wedding and we were so proud to be able to serve such delicious fare – thank you so much!

We used Simply Events for a client open day. Nadia and the team were professional and helpful right from the start with plenty of menu ideas and nothing was too much trouble. The food on the day was fantastic and we've had lots of compliments from clients since the event. We would not hesitate in using them again in the future or recommending their excellent service to anyone. Thanks Nadia and the team for helping our open day to go so smoothly.

We had our wedding with beach weddings and simply gourmet catering. The service we had was brilliant, with excellent ideas and flexibility with our menu. We had a lovely vegetarian asian lunch with really tasty canapés in the morning followed by a British Fish and chips and drinks canapés. The food was fantastic, and the asian lunch in particular went down soon well. Thank you so much!!

Such a super day that Melanie and her team did for our Hearnes 20th anniversary celebration. Her planning and ideas were perfect and she laid on the most fantastic day for our staff. Because her eye was always poised over every detail, we could thoroughly enjoy the day and relax knowing everything would go to plan



We had a super day on the water, picnic lunch at Brownsea, treasure hut, booze cruise with live music culminating in a meal at Shell Bay. We even had seats to watch the sun go down! Every attention to detail meant our expectations were certainly over delivered.



This special celebration was a huge success and we are very thankful to Simply Events for everything they did. We will certainly be using them for our next celebration. Many thanks to you all.

Simply Gourmet Catering provided the most stunning BBQ food at my wedding at Beach Weddings Bournemouth. I couldn't recommend them any more!!



The food was incredibly tasting, beautifully presented and the portion sizes were great!! We have had many compliments about our wedding and a huge amount was about how good the food was. Someone even told me it was the best wedding food that they had - I would have to agree (even though I couldn't eat a lot of it (nerves/adrenaline)...I was so disappointed)!! The Tiffin Boxes went down incredibly well for the children too, most of the parents have searched on the internet for a Tiffin Box of their own since!! Thank you again, we had the most wonderful day and filling our guests bellies was an important part for us!! xxx

Simply Events did my 50th birthday party held at home. Julia (our hostess) and Derek (our chef) were sublime. The Thai food was exceptional and their ability to blend in with the mood of the party was just brilliant. Everything from the moment we had the first meeting, to the communications, descriptions of the service and execution on the day was flawless. It made for a perfect party.
