My husband and I have been coming to this restaurant for years with our children, for two main reasons, we keep coming back again and again! 1 is the outstanding service, it’s really amazing, my kids seriously love it here, and 2, the food is amazing, we have been too many times to count and have never had a bad meal or anything to complain about! Beautiful fresh tasty food, we have our favourites but are often swayed by the specials on offer, we will to continue to come back again and again!

Just returned after a fabulous meal for Father’s Day, all the food for 5 of us was cooked to perfection, they catered for my fussy 9 yr old nothing was too much trouble, lovely hospitable family run business loved it!

I eat here often....always great service and lovely food....

Have eaten here many times over the past 6 years or so and have always come away feeling that I had a great meal at modest prices. Today was no different. Full marks.

A day out in Rochester with a friend over from France, finished off with a late lunch at Simply Italian... excellent choice! Had a lovely long relaxed lunch with a couple of bottles of wine, recommended by our waitress. Food and service both second to none! And was pleasantly surprised by the bill... very reasonable - Will definitely be back!

I found this restaurant to be very likeable. I had the Ragu, typically Italian the pasta was a little too el dente but that would be my fault for not ordering specifically at the time. It was very tasty and the beef tender with a good sauce. Jill's lasagne looked exceptional and she said it it tasted lovely. A simple glass of Merlot was spot on. Loved the look of this restaurant. A little piece of Italy in Rochester. The service was very good with the manager always being charming and welcoming to all who walked through the door . A pleasant lunch and very enjoyable pistachio ice cream to round it off.

First visit back since we moved away 10 years ago, food as good as it always was, staff excellent. Furniture & decor a bit jaded now though, time for some tlc.

Always good fresh food with a warm welcome. Good value as well.

The waitress asked if we wanted our change !! Ah yes we do it was £8.90 I found that a cheek so she never got a tip ����

Very poor quality in my opinion..... My main spaghetti carbonara was swimming in cream.... Real Carbonara should not have cream.... My wife's steak was not very tender, as a starter we had the Italian sharer..... Was basically 2 bread sticks.... 2 bits of mozzarella.... 4 small slices of pepperoni salami.... That should actually go on a pizza.... Not a sharing board..... And 2 thin slices of Parma ham!! Overall very poor quality of food!!

I had the salmon with asparagus sauce, was surprised the skin was on it when it wasn't a crispy skin. Had the chocolate lovers dessert with cream, that wasn't real cream it came out of a squirty can! My partners chicken was dry and the garlic over powered the vegetables so much he found them inedible, over rated and over priced a bill of £64 when we had already paid £20 deposit to book the table, tables so close together to fit every one in, though I will say the staff were lovely friendly and welcoming.

The worst food and service I have ever had! Managers argued with a customer raising voices! Appalling will not be returning and I recommend that you don't go either unless you want cold mediocre food with rude serving staff!
