The Kefir update! Been drinking a glass of this in the mornings, I can not say it is the tastiest start to the day (a little like drinking liquid sour cream!!) but I have noticed my blood sugars do not dip as quickly as normal and I do not find myself craving something to eat every 2 hours. Utterly fantastic place! Tammy knows so much about what she does and it is heavenly to be treated by her. Her knowledge not just of massage but how your body and physiology works is brilliant! I broke my humerus really badly and was advised by my consultant that I would never get much movement back in my arm. Products by Germaine de Capuccini are fabulous. I have just recently tried the white jasmine and mint massage soap and wasn't disappointed. The soap is luxurious all over body, left my skin moisturised with no drying at all, lightly scented. Very good value.
