Ordered from here a few times now - great choice of products, quick delivery and easy no-fuss returns :)

Ordered a BlueSeventy rucksack (52408), Orca triathlon belt (47769) and Aquasphere swimming cap (3700) . Prices were some of the best I could find on the net, and delivery was quick.



One really useful feature was the demonstration video's on the website which helped ensure I chose the right rucksack (given the amount of choice it is tough to know what's best for your needs). Wanted one for weekly swims taking pull buoys and hand paddles and this one fitted the bill perfectly as it had raft of decent pockets and interior capacity. Haven't tested the other two items yet.



Only negative was no fault of SimplySwim's, the delivery bag was ripped on arrival which could have meant the loss of the two smaller items on the order. I believe it was a Royal Mail issue, but the packing bags could be slightly more robust.



Otherwise one very happy customer.

I just received my order and I'm really disappointed about the state the "Arena Power ST X Raptor Full Body Short Leg - Black Size 34 product code 49330" was in (order n°SW2174089). First there wasn't any hygiene strip in place. I thought it was very odd for a new swim suit. Then at closer examination I could see that there was some default in the crossed back. I paid 100€80 for a swin suit in bad condition. Is that because it was on sale ? They was no mention of that in your website when I bought it! I want you to take back this item at your cost and a quick refund of my money. Hope to hear very soon from you.
