That's Why I Will Miss You Guys 😥😥As Now I've Got To Find Another Company To Go With That Might Help Me With Another Scooter 😃So If You Guys Can Recommend Another Company I Would Really Appreciate Any Help With This I Would Be Most Great Full 😃

Trying to use the on-line service to make a claim. The site is extraordinarily slow and consistently defaults to a page which informs me the page I require is not available. Even the 'Contact us' page is not available. Cannot log in as it doesn't recognise my password or username and I cannot even access the page to reset them. If Simply health want to maximise their profits by encouraging their clients to use the on-line service, then the website needs to work. I cannot even email them internally to register this thought or gain support. I give in.
