Very nicely decorated SilverKris Lounge with an exclusive dinning area. Food & drinks can be ordered from menu & served. Asian cuisines such as mee siam, laksa, nasi lemak, etc. are available for those who missed home cooked food. Kudos to SQ for a very well done up lounge.

The Silverkris Suites and First Class Lounge at Heathrow is to the left of the Business lounge. The ambience is excellent and the staff polite, courteous and efficient. There is an all day dining menu to choose from, and the Chef prepares it quickly. My wife wanted a vegetatian dish and even thatcwas quickly prepared.

Additionally limited buffet items, fruits, nuts, cereals and cocktails are available.

The only negative aspect over which Singapore Airlines has no control, is that the outside view is limited to construction work going on at the apron.

One of the best lounges I've experienced. Spacious, quiet and clean, with a friendly staff. I've only experienced the food selection in the morning, but it's always fresh and excellent taste. Every bit as goos as their lounge in Singapore, 5 stars!

Excellent and spacious lounge. Friendly staff. Unlike BA terrace lounge, the Silver Kris lounge has Champagne bottles available (not just on request) and the warm and cold food selection is very good.

Cosy lounge with good selection of food - ordered wonton noodle soup from 2 lists of menu ranging from Hainanese chicken rice to Nasi lemak.

Service was excellent as staff were attentive

Best lounge so far. Spacious, good ambience and wide variety of food and drinks. Ice cream included. Nice shower room. Kids corner for little ones.

A truly great Airport lounge in keeping with expectations from SIA. It is operated by Sodexo who do a great job. My only complaint when I compare it to other SIA lounges worldwide: NO pot noodles! This is essential comfort food for the weary international traveller. Originally they had them; then you had to ask and they would furtively produce one from a hidden stash; now NONE! Pot noodles 🍝 are, apparently, not posh enough for Heathrow.

5* lounge - an amazing array of beautiful food, friendly staff and comfortable surroundings - we thoroughly enjoyed it and would recommend it.

Nice and peaceful before a long flight. A fair distance from shops and security but once there,very good. Nice selection of foods and drinks available.

Lovely experience, it's another great lounge by Singapore Airlines.

As I reached I took a quick shower and the bathroom and toilets are clean and equipped with all facilities.

After that I headed towards the bar and was pleased to see the vast selection of beer's and Wine's.

Food was delicious and was served hot.

Overall had a great experience.

Excellent lounge! Spacious and a good variety of food and drinks. Only downside is the food lacks the local Singaporean flavour. Kudos to SQ for another excellent lounge!

Enjoyed this lounge, with great food and service. Great selection at the bar, including cocktails and bartender was also really good. Big screen with flight details made it easy to track our flight readiness. Easy to charge devices. Thank you.

Thought we'd try this lounge for a change. Entrance unwelcoming! Didn't like seating arrangement.

Strong smell of cooking. Did not want to start my journey smelling of Asian food.

It's back to the Maple Leaf Lounge for us.

I was surprised by this lounge- or in a good way! There are others that are far superior. The food is fine but seating arrangement is treadmill. Only upside is you can charge you telephones easily!

for a Premium airline. this lounge is very poor. no toilets. no showers. no announcements. no flight departure screen.

food is ok. but it's basically an overflow space, not a full lounge

Worst lounge in terminal 2. No doubt that it is in dire need of a refresh. All good and nice that you can get the signature drink and ice cream - I would expect that though. This lounge pulls down the otherwise great reputation that SQ has.

For my future flights I will definitely stick to the much much better united and air Canada lounges

When you think of Singapore Airlines excellent service comes to mind, however the staff are polite and efficient but the facilities let the experience down. Always crowded with food plates not being refilled. Hurts me to say it but BA are better
