What an amazing place... I attended my friends birthday party which was GREAT... but was told the food was good too so I booked my salon Christmas meal here and we all thoroughly enjoyed ourselves... amazing food, wicked vibes and the music was great... defanetly recommended.

Went here to celebrate my 29th birthday . Easy and simple booking. When I arrived my table was waiting and I was seated straight away. The waitress was very attentive and really friendly, also made a few jokes with us. Drinks were lovely and the food was absolutely amazing. As it was my birthday I got to experience making a rum punch which I really enjoyed and was not expecting. Definitely would recommend the dining experience. Great for many occasions and considering I just wanted a small intimate meal with friends and family, the experience was definitely given that special touch. X

Well what can I say, we had a great evening at Sion Cocktail Bar & Dining last night. The staff were very friendly and the background music although sometimes lively did not detract from the lovely atmosphere. The food... Well I am a steak officiendo and mine was done to perfection and the ladies who I was with said their meals were great too. Lobster mac n cheese... wow! Keep it up Gabriel, Aidan and the team. We need a great Caribbean restaurant in the area (with a twist) and we will definitely be back.

We held an event here which brought in a nice crowd, the owner was professional, friendly and worked well with us, he was also helpful and worked with all of our requests we will most definitely be using this venue for events in the future, we have also eaten there and again the food was seasoned well and delicious! We had a fantastic time from the moment we arrived. The staff I rate a 10 very attentive and the bar manager she was awesome! Now on to the food wow that was the best meal I have had out in the very long time.

The food was amazing and the staff were incredible and very patient. We came and changed the table plan which caused confusion with the food order and they didn't complain they just continued to act very professional and everyone left with a smile and a full belly. I would recommend to anyone.

Came here last night for a get together with family. The food was very tasty and presented well. We were welcomed very promptly and received good friendly service throughout the evening. There was a nice relaxed vibe with good music. Will definitely be returning to try out some more of the dishes.

Went for my nieces pre birthday meal. Loved the back ground music (my style)and the ambiance of the place was good. Food good and well presented But like my jerk chicken well done. The Mac n shrimps side; a must have. The cocktails were well made my daughter enjoyed her two. I Would visit again.

Waitress Sapphire looked after our group with enthusiasm and perfection.

Jerk chicken, prawns and sirloin steak all cooked to perfection and individual needs. Compliments to the chef and barstaff. Our table was booked to a limited time we were sad to go. Would revisit.

Visited for my birthday - amazing seafood, nice setting and great staff (trust their recommendations, particularly on the cocktails) they know there stuff! I’d definitely return!

On Wed 13th June I visited Sion bar the first time for a birthday celebration and I have to say I had a very good time. From the moment I called up to make the booking until I left to go home, the experience was a good one. Gabriel and the team were attentive and went the extra mile to provide a good customer experience. The food was spot on (I was actually full) and the atmosphere was a nice vibe, it probably helped that there was another birthday celebration going on. I will definitely be visiting again.

On Friday 26th January i hosted my 25th birthday party and at approximately 3:19am, 27th january an incident took place at Sion Cocktail Bar, involving my dad and their head security by the name of (Michael Younis). Upon my guests arrival Michael refused entry to many of them because they didn’t carry ID.

Booking this venue and asking the appropriate questions to ensure my guests arrival would be hassle free. However Michael Younis approached the majority of my guest with hostility as though they were either underage or criminals. Even though booking this venue and discussing the details with Gabriel the general manager nothing was stated that my guests would have to carry ID (and honestly none of my friends did).

Towards the end of the night when everyone was leaving the premises Michael Younis was very forceful in his approach when trying to evacuate the party practically being aggressive towards my dad, which Michael nudged him when he was walking out and as my dad responded he then went onto losing all his professionalism by being verbally abusive with calling my Dad a “dickhead”.

Please be aware that Michael is on the job and in no circumstance should he have gotten verbal, physical, and abusive toward anyone. Michael and my dad then got into a physical altercation in which he punched my Dad in the head and then repeated to kick him in the head when my Dad fell to the floor. My Dad was left unconscious, needed ambulance, hospital care which included getting a CT scan.

Michael being the coward that he is then took his hat and scarf off and pretended that he did not carry out the attack on my Dad, when he saw the angry response of the guests. In fact I and my guests were not aware that it was Michael who carried out this attack on my Dad, because he just stood there in silence.

I could never recommend Sion Bar as a venue for others, if you book any function with them, yourself and guest are targets for dangerous and aggressive behaviour, while the Manager himself (Gabriel) is untrustworthy as he continues to point the blame at my Dad, but will not allow myself and my family to view their CCTV footage. Sion Cocktail Bar & Dining/ who feels it knows it. shared story

Terrible service tried to make a large booking for my birthday was given the run around for over a week because they were having refurbishments and the manager was on holiday which they didn’t communicate until the last minute. Was told I would have to pay 20% more than what I was first quoted in order to have my booking.
