Great school, amazing facilities and great buzz.

Honeslty, I'm glad ive finally left that school. From a student who went to that school since year 7, I actually regretted it. It was all decent around year 7, you could wear what ever shoes u want, you can have unatural hair colours, but obviously the school changes because it's classed as a distraction but in all cases, no one gets distracted by having different coloured hair. Just pathetic.

This one time not so long back, students couldn't even take their blazers off even tho it was around 30 degrees.

Honeslty I wouldn't recommend it for any child in my opinion...

Honestly tragic. They expect the students to be in full uniform including a lanyard which some students use to hurt others(yes its happened). Its hard to concentrate in class because of 3 reasons. 1 cant control the students(disturbing other students,loud noises) 2 sometimes cant understand what to do 3 half the time the teachers don't help with the work yeah they teach it but when the students are struggling with it.
They have a terrible bullying situation which they don't admit they have they AND forget about it, don't do anything to help this situation and when they rarely do its sorted for a week then its back again.
The lunch rooms are to full of students at lunch so there is pretty much no where to sit and it takes a while to get it.

Even the students there are horrible some try to unlock locked toilet doors with there cards, some just annoy each other off there just so immature its like primary school all over again.
Takes ages to move up classes and i mean ages weeks,months,even years.
In lessons and breaks the students don't leave each other alone just constant bullying.
Constant fights around there side of the building inside and outside.
When ever i go inside a classroom i see no security cameras so if something goes down like a fight or bullying they wont know who did it afterwards but they do have them outside of the classrooms and outside the building.

Yeah its a 48 million building but not many resources like pens and other stuff ... well thats because the students keep breaking them and throwing them at each other or at a certain student which is disappointing honestly to target a certain student.
A few staff members are ok don't get me wrong but a lot of them are not.

As a student i really despise this school and this is my experience with Sirius west. I don't advise bringing more students here there is already like 900+ students.

It's one of the most money orientated schools iv ever known thy refuse to educate children if they ain't dressed in the very expensive uniform ie- if ur child's shoe has a 5ml patch of grey on there black shoes thy will not teach them which I find disgusting,,,my child didn't understand what teacher was saying so when they asked for some help & got told its tough I'm not helping u if u don't know u'll get failed its simple as that she said,erm excuse me ain't that what they get paid for,ie to teach & help children with work,, they have a terrible bullying situation which they refuse to admit to & allow children to be hurt in there care if I had anymore children I'd Never send them here and advise nobody to send there child here with the exception of a couple of Sirius staff I'd rate this school worst in hull if not east Yorkshire
