Aftercare is an essential part of all hair extension wear. Although all Beauty Works hair is human it doesnt get the vital nutrients from the scalp like our own hair does.
We have put together a little reminder of how to care for your Beauty Works Hair extensions.
... Full aftercare and common concerns can be found on the Beauty Works website also.
Please note: if you feel your Beauty Works wefts are faulty or are significantly poor quality Sistachic will be more than happy to return them back to Beauty Works on your behalf but there is a strict process we have to follow.
- Faults MUST be reported to us within 30 days of wear. - Returns will only be accepted if ONLY Beauty Works aftercare products have been used. - Sistachic will remove the extensions free of charge and return them to Beauty Works for testing. - The Testing process can take up to 30 days - Beauty Works will determine whether there is a manufacturing fault or not - if not Sistachic will be happy to refit the hair back in free of charge should the client want it back in or the hair will be returned to the client if not. - If a fault is found Beauty Works will send us a replacement pack of hair which we will refit back in the clients hair free of charge.
Hair is a natural product, NO definite life span can be put on any hair extensions. All time spans given by Sistachic are averages
Batch upon batch shades and textures can differ slightly - this is due to hair being a natural product.
