What a fantastic place to work...having just completed my first 4 weeks in the business I've been thoroughly delighted with my experience so far. The people are wonderful, the office environment is fun and welcoming, plus you get to work alongside some amazing clients…which all in all, makes coming to work a joy!!

Tomorrow is my last day of training and I'm so ready to go live on Monday. I can't thank the trainers and staff enough. My team are incredible and I've made some great friends � Read mixed reviews before I started but definitely glad I joined. So much support and patience from my trainer Jemma � certainly wouldn't feel as confident without her support . Looking forward to progressing and reaching my goals. EHT Aftersales agent ��

Sitel in Exeter is an excellent place to work, my colleagues are fantastic and I work for a great client on their Social Media team. I couldn't recommend Sitel's Exeter site more highly.

SITEL Exeter is what the Team makes it. Through hard work, dedication, flexibility and commitment we deliver a first class service to our Clients and Customers and win National and European awards. Whilst through participation and engagement we have fun doing it. Yes it is a challenging environment, but aren't all Customer facing/led workplaces? I started as an Agency worker nearly 9 years ago then became a call handling Agent. Following this I progressed to a Team Manager and I'm now a Support Manager and looking forward to another 9 years. Progression is possible and very well supported. Your workplace is only as good as the workforce and at SITEL Exeter I work with the best everyday.

Loved working for Sitel, it is a good company to be in with its rules and whatnot, although what I believe it makes it amazing is the people.

I can say, without a doubt, that I liked all my coworkers, my team, managers and all the people in Sitel; everyone is friendly, kind and supportive. I feel like I need to congratulate HR and management because they really know how to choose the right people.

I've worked for Sitel for just over 4 years now. The Sitel Exeter team are amazing and the people is what makes it. Every single person on the site is dedicated and supportive. It offers an outstanding service to our clients and every day is different with new and exciting challenges. There are great opportunities for different skill sets too! The office environment is fun and welcoming and I personally couldn't think of anyone better to work with day to day!

I've only been working for Sitel for nearly 3 months but I have to say so far my experience with Sitel has been great. Of corse there are places of improvement but It provides you with so many opportunities and challenges you to become the best person you can. I hope that my experience wont change with Sitel!

Yes there have been moments of doubt and anger, but you tell me one company that gives complete and utter job satisfaction. You get back what you put in. Give respect you get that back, play straight you get the support and the help.

If I didn't like the company I wouldn't be here.

I had a life threatening and life changing experience just over 4yrs ago. I got help and support and assistance throughout, even including my return to full-time duties again. I cannot fault them for that and will be celebrating my 60th next May, hint hint Mr bossman

I've been at Sitel for just under a year and absolutely love it. Its the people that make this a great place to work. Everyone is friendly, supportive and encouraging. That's why I enjoy coming here! :)

I love my job � The progression and support I’ve had in the past 3 and a bit yrs has been more then I have ever had in all my 12 yrs of my working life. I’ve had so many opportunities to be involved in so many amazing projects. It’s a great place to work from the staff, to the management, client engagement to our amazing receptionist Jelena, it’s always a positive atmosphere here.

I love my Job. I also love my work colleagues � great job and well looked after

Having been a part of the team at Sitel Exeter for 4 years, I have enjoyed every challenge I have had the opportunity to face. Since day one I have been engaged and mentored by my Senior Managers and Colleagues to develop into the management positions I have held within the site; being encouraged to share my ideas and explore new ways of thinking. Every day is different and I feel appreciated and valued for my contributions every day. From the top down I believe the environment to be all about building a community and I have never worked within an organization that involves, and goes this far for their people. Across these 4 years, I have seen this site grow and get stronger and better, all the steps that are made have people and business at the heart, which shows more and more every week. My colleagues within my team, campaign and across the site make me smile every day 

Great place to work and so many opportunities for progression. I’ve been here for 8 years and I cannot thank everyone enough for the continued support i’ve had along the way to get me where I am.

I have just returned back to Sitel after leaving for a few months. Needless to say it feels like I never left. It's a great place to work and I'm enjoying my job more than ever. Thank you for allowing me the opportunity to come back �

You get sacked for being ill even thou they knew.

For being ill your whole life and they knew in interview, they sack me for always going to appointments even thou they knew the what what my doctors as like had to wait 2 or more weeks for an appointment.

Waste of time and energy

Worse place to work ever! Couldn’t give a shit if their staff were verbally abused by another member of staff. Just give someone a telling off verbally! No sense of management at all, management have no idea about the company or anything! Stay away from this place
