Sixt Car Hire

One of the most poor experiences in my life, car reserved and confirmed a week before date. On day of delivery car did not turn up. Then was on hold to company to get info and centre could not be contacted. Tried to phone next morning and again centre could not be reached. 1 hour after initial call centre finally reached to be told that they had not got my car and had no alternative and didn't bother to call. An absolute shocking example of bad customer service and no interest in trying to help me. Was late for my meeting and had to pay travel costs, which I will be pursuing to reclaim from Sixt.
