Horrendous company. AVOID!! Took deposits from my account to cover rental. Then claimed they released money back into my account which i never saw. Bank confirmed this however they dID not want to listen. They then charged another amount to cover rental days so in essence i paid double what i should have. For months i have been back and forward with emails and to this day still have not had my money back. Absoulutly appaling behaviout from this company. Stick to other rental companies never ever had an issue with competitors.

To be honest I'd leave less if possible. Poor customer service from start to finish

Service as always with Sixt is high class. In case you are renting a van be aware that office is located in narrow low ceiling multi storey car park. Getting out and in, if you are not used to operate a van is challenging. Especially on return as you have to go to the basement and route is not signposted. Charging socket on the van I rented didn't work.

Awful service. I would have put no stars if I could. Booked the van for 8 and had to wait until 9 to get the keys. Van them broke down halfway through and the lady in the office couldn't wait the extra 15 minutes it took us to get back to the depot, even though they took an hour of my time at the start? Then they charged us as if I had the van for 2 days. When I went in to confront the lady about it she just denied everything and the staff didn't want to deal with me. They were all awful. Rubbish rubbish company.

pick up was high class and taking charge of van was also high class but sadly it was not so good taking the vehicle back.Two very rude staff who decided to lock the door and run and hide in the office when i pulled up to hand back vehicle. They were very confrontational and when asked for their names they refused.I have there photos and i also got footage of their really bad attitude towards me (the customer) would i use again most certainly not.... such a shame that the company have such none caring staff with bad manners and no good customer service skills . I would really like to speak to a manager or even the director himself to make them aware of how their customers are being treated

Quick turnaround (as long as you have the correct paperwork) and friendly staff.
