Sixt Car Hire - London St. Pancras

Great service by Mr Raad! The whole process of renting with Sixt was very simple. We got a brilliant car and a super deal with the Lucky Dip service they offer. Will definitely rent with them in future.

Had an amazing experience from collecting to returning the vehicle. When returning the vehicle I was assisted by Emanuel whom was very polite and great to talk to, If I could I would definitely give a 10 out of 5 starts. Would definitely return as a customer and recommend to others.

P.S Emanuel deserves a pay rise

We had a great experience renting from this Sixt - the service from Raad was great. Quick and easy pick up from the location and we were given an upgrade on our vehicle to ensure our journey was comfortable as a mini would have been a tight squeeze for four people with big bags.

Great service and (web-displayed) prices. Sadly, the loyalty scheme did not seem to work for me - never get offered a free upgrade. Instead, I even got a "free-downgrade" (from BMW to Skoda Octavia) once when they did not have the tier I booked and they declined to give me a better car without paying extra.

Not a 1 start because of the many other efficient processes they have in place, at least, in their London St Pancras station where I rent almost every week.
