Sixt Shepherds Bush uphold the high standards of the group with a conscientious outlook they bend over backwards to help where they can.

After the front desk tried to convince me that the type of van I had booked for the day was unavailable, i explained to the gentleman at the front desk I had paid for a transit type van and was given one shortly after a lady arrived in one. After the gentleman from the front desk checked the van over for damage in approx 10 seconds, he handed over the keys and we were on our way. After 4 hours of use of moving clothes, a Tv , etc... to our new place, we returned the van.
In returning the van , another gentleman in the car park to the rear of the office inspected the van, he proceeded to take photos of the van of the wind mirror and front grill, I thought i only needed to sign the keys in and be on my way , he then tried to have me sign the PDA, on the screen it had the words "new damage ".
seeing this I asked what this meant and he told me that I had damaged this van and would be charged £ 150 excess I had paid at the beginning of the day. I declined to sign as I had not damaged the van in any way, shape or form, I then had to spend 20 minutes arguing with the man at front desk , that he has not checked the damage properly , I wasn't going to lose my deposit and I wanted to see the manager, who was not available at the time , it was resolved shortly after, but definitely not worth the stress, and the feeling that they were almost trying to con people out of their money , I won't be using this hire company again.

Incredible bad service. I had reserved a van 2 months in advance to move my home from UK to Denmark. We had arranged help to pack everything in moving boxes and help to carry out furniture down to the van. When I was going to pick up the van in the morning at the Sixt Office in Shepherd Bush London the first thing they told me was that I'm sorry you can't take the van abroad! I had called their support 4 times to verify various things and mentioned that I was taking the van to Denmark and they didn't tell me anytime that I was not able to. This is a complete disaster. We have to move out in 1 day and it's impossible to find another van. We had to pay 3 times more for the whole move because of Sixt. The girl in the office was so unhelpful and just said sorry can't help you. I explicitly enter a description in my booking on their website explaining that I was taking the van abroad. There was even a special text field for this. Incredible bad service. They are also very rude. The telephone support talked to me like I was stupid for asking normal questions really unhelpful and rude. Also there were 2 couples complaining at the same time in the office because apparently Sixt office tried to scam them and charge them for damages that they haven't done. Stay away!! The manager is a real rude and unhelpful person. He literally told me on the phone to "shut up and go home to your s*** country".
