Good hotel but not the best for dog friendly had to sit in conservatory stayed twice but this is last. obviously not a dog loversThere loss plenty more good dog friendly in keswick😉
An absolute gem. Perfect location, fantastic staff, exquisite food. I would highly recommend this hotel. Just spent a weekend celebrating my fathers 80th Birthday with the youngest member of the party being 14 years old. We have had an excellent time and come away with happy memories. This would not have been possible without the hard work of all the staff. Special mention to Viktor who was a star in looking after us - first class service.
Excellent position in Keswick centre. Friendly staff and good breakfasts. Some rooms not suitable for the disabled (steps down into bedroom immediately inside room door).
Lovely food and great staff
Not much of a view from room 12 and TV in room didn't work very well but otherwise a great stay.
This is a lovely hotel and we had a lovely room on the top floor the only thing that concerned me was when I used the bath the water was scaulding hot. The sign about the hot water on the back of the door in the bathroom was too small, it should have been bigger and put above the taps. Please take this on board hotel owner as this could have resulted in someone burning themselves.
