We offer 2, 3, 5 and 7 day juice detoxes consisting of 5 juices a day, the juices are made with fresh ingredients on the day of delivery and delivered to you the day before you start.

You have no food /tea /coffee etc for the detox days, just the juices. It works by cleansing your body of toxins, which allows the body to rest and save energy, digestion requires a lot of energy but with no food to eat the body has energy for self healing which leads to weight loss. Toxins are stored in the fatty tissues of the body so by detoxing these toxins are released into the body and subsequently flushed away.
