Day 11. On plan feeling much better x

Day 8. Really not feeling myself. Feeling low and full of self doubt. Got awful cold (again) which then plays with my head. Inner pig telling me to “feed the cold”. I gave in yesterday and fed the inner pig and the blinkin cold. Don’t feel better for it though. Just worse today. Hoping to get my head back in the game today and videos back for rest of the week. This life is hard, self doubt makes it harder. Turning it around is hardest. Determined to get my self back. Just bei...ng honest with you guys and with myself. Don’t want to give up on either so here it is. My woe is me post! 🙄🤢 Believe this is a positive thing to open up and share feeling. Sure I’m not the only one. Day 5! Where’s that gone!

Day 3 x no vid just a Snapchat filter! Feeling good. Staying strong. Don’t get me wrong it’s hard as hell but I’m winning! Plus these filters are just a bit of fun but help my confidence loads! Vid tomorrow I promise x

😐 sorry to let you and me down but I wanted to b honest. I just need a couple days and I will b back xx trying not to b a drama lama and certainly not fishing for anything. Thank you to everyone for their support. I will b back in a couple of days with a positive mental attitude and will kick it!!
