Sky Ford - Watford (Permanently Closed)

Avoid!! Went Saturday at 15:30 to ask for my radio code and they told me they are already closed from 12.30...and on the door the opening hours were till 17.00...

Sonny was great at helping and explaining about the cars. The space is quite small for car showroom and hence don't have a great selection to choose from. Also there is no display card on the cars about specification. That's disappointing as can't remember what one car has and the other does not.

Went to purchase a car and trade in my Ford Fiesta at the start of this week. Someone cleaning a car came over to tell me not to drive in where I had. Then the salesman came over to put a cone where I had driven in. I was told to drive round. No one to show me where to park. The salesman was looking around a car, did not acknowledge me. The car cleaner came round and suggested where to go. I was ignored beyond this. In the end I decided to drive away. As I did, the car cleaner asked where I was going. I replied "No-one was interested in selling me a car so I was going to buy one somewhere else." Which I did. Easy sale lost. I did not buy a Ford in the end. Customer Service? Not really....

Based on my experience, I'd say AVOID!!

Recently purchased a used Ford C Max from a private vendor, and had problems with a Tyre Pressure gauge coming on when nothing is wrong with the tyres. I called Sky Ford, and the person I spoke with in service (Nikki) wasn't very pleasant, but after a bit of arguing agreed to schedule me in, but said that she had no appointments for a week. I waited the week, dealing with the problem all the while, and when I took the car in, the tyre gauge light wasn't on. They checked the tyre pressures, confirmed nothing was wrong with the tyres, and sent me on my way. Since then the type pressure monitor alarm has gone off three times in 24 hours. I phoned them back and spoke with the same woman (Nikki), who was again unsympathetic and rude, interrupting me, and not letting me say what I was trying to say. She said they cannot see the vehicle for 12 days at this point and offered no other resolutions.

On the plus side, Ian Peacock, the actual service coordinator I dealt with when I got there, was very polite, and didn't charge for checking the tyres. However, I would have rather paid and had the issue dealt with. It's turned into a massive waste of time.
