Great bed, nice and comfy however kept getting message to post a review with a picture however i have been in hospital! If they waited the first time i would have done it. and i asked for dimond studs however it just come with buttons

Came without headboard however the driver came back with one the same day, nice bed good quality.

Loved the bed although the slats on bed wasnt stable enough so had to adjust this ourself. we arranged a delivery date for the day we moved in house we kept phoning all day they just kept saying on way to be then rung at 6 to say broke down so we was left with nowhere to sleep got promised it would be delivered at 9 next morning I explained that we had to go out so could be any later come half 11 still no show I then phoned and said if they not here by 12 not to bother to my surprise they can at 12. After this I have been constantly hassled to leave a review.

Do not order from here the service is an absolute joke! I was told my bed would be delivered on Saturday morning when it got to 12 o'clock I rang they said in between 12 and 4, when 5 ocklock comes I explain they are keeping me in as I am waiting for this bed and get told that they are not wasting my time as the deliver driver would call 20 minutes before arrival. At half past 6 I call again to once again being fobbed off with the delivery drivers number when I rand the delivery driver he did not apologise or explain and just said half past 8! They turned up in 2 vans 4 males at 10 at Night! When I have small children in bed wanting to assemble a bed at that time!! I've had no apologise or explanations from them just poor service and disrespect!
