Hi, my name is Krissie - I have been a Slimming World consultant for 2 years and absolutely love it! My journey started after the birth of my son Luis 'now 3 yrs' and after gaining over 3 stone started my journey in Timperley Altrincham. I have now lost almost 4 stone and want to share the fabulous way I did because shh here it is 'I love food' and I can still enjoy all my fave meals including Mac-n-cheese, burgers, Lasagne, curry and Chinese and I still lost weight! it's the best thing I have ever done - I would love to share this amazing new lifestyle with you and show you how losing weight can unlock your confidence.

Love my 5 30 group krissie who runs it is very supportive the members who have joined are very friendly and everyone in all the groups are very hellfull by posting tips on our web page I can honestly say it is the best group I have been to and I can’t wait for Wednesday to come round it has become a weekly social event as well as a slimming class keep it up krissie as your commitment is second to none
