This week in our classes we are sharing our non scale victories (NSVs). Let’s kick off with Mel: “View from the top of Pen-y-fan today, a tough walk but an absolutely glorious NSV ( thanks to you and Slimfit!!)”
And I will continue to encourage as many women as possible to do sport/fitness of any kind. I was utterly appalled that the England women’s rugby team #redroses who convincingly won the Grand Slam last weekend barely warranted a mention in the press.

I HAVE A CHALLENGE FOR YOU FOR LENT. I’m not asking you to give up chocolate or alcohol etc (though less might well help your health) - no, I’m asking you to declutter and make a real difference to someone else's life at the same time. Each day of Lent, take one item from your home that you no longer use or need (clean or nearly new clothing, toys, books, household items in good condition) and put it into a bag. At the end of forty days, take your items to your local charity shop.
