Sylv your slimming class has helped me to stay on target for 6 half years. I don’t go every week for weigh in or stay for class but I do follow sylvi slimmers and still have my motivation! Yes daily life can get in the way and I put on a couple of pounds but I still weigh at home on a regular basis and if I have had holiday or family stuff then I just get back onto slimming world next day. Slimming world keeps me on course and I like to see all the different recipes. Nothing beats slimming world, and you are so motivational!x
