Personally, I joined Slimming World in January 2008, feeling quite fed up and needing to lose weight. I was amazed by the plan and the amount and variation of food that I could enjoy! Everyday meals that the whole family could eat! It just seemed too good to be true! !
I lost just over 4 stone, in 11 months. I couldn't exercise as I have Arthritis and Fibromyalgia, but I didn't let this put me off : )

I went from a good sized 18, to a size 10-12.
