I have been a member at slimming world since march 2009 and a consultant since june 2016 slimming world changed my life twice once it gave me the freedom to lose weight and eat healthily whilst not restricting my favourite things out of my life and helped me lose 8 stone and live healthy then again in 2016 when i launched my first group helping other people i love helping people i get how it feels to that's why i run my groups if your looking for a long term sensible proper way to get to the weight you want to be then come along and fins out more
