EXTRA GROUP - SATURDAY 9.30am - 10.30am
Running an extra session at St Andrews Church Hall, Hampton pier Ave (next to Londis) for any Slimming World members that couldn't get to their normal groups this week. There will be hot drinks and support for anybody that needs it, the scales will be open throughout.

Well done to all my members that managed to get to group tonight, lots of awards given out and great weight losses. Anyone that didn't make it, don't worry I will be back on Saturday morning at 9.30am. Hopefully with a car and HiFi bars! Stay safe xx

This is a wonderful SlimmingWorld group, I’ve been to a few different ones and the support you get from all the members and Emma is just amazing. The atmosphere is kind, caring and fun too. There is never any judgement just love and support. I would recommend to anyone trying to make a change in their lifestyle to come and give it a try. It’s not a fad diet, it’s a lifestyle change, one for not just you, but the whole family too.
